The staff were good and co-operative. Would like to suggest to improve swimming pool operating hours, as, one would like to swim early in the morning as well as late in the evening. I would also suggest to improve TV channels transmission quality as most of them are not clear.Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Thanks administration and the hotel staff for the warm welcome.
In general - were satisfied with the rest. The staff is very polite and friendly. Beautiful well-groomed territory, a lot of greenery and flowers - it is very pleased. The room was cleaned well, but the rooms themselves - require attention, maybe repair.
Regarding nutrition - you need control over the presence of dishes in the restaurant. In my opinion, you need to supplement the menu, make a more varied menu of fruits.
I also want to focus on the Spa Center: we visited it and there we had a conflict. The program of the proposed procedures absolutely does not correspond to reality Pay attention to this, because the cost of services is high enough, but the quality is simply awful.
That's all, that's all. I wish the hotel further prosperity and excellent tourists.

A good hotel, but rooms need urgent repairs. Very poor soundproofing, impossible to sleep. Every sound and rustle from the corridor is heard.
Good food, but desserts need to be improved. Not all bars worked during the stay. Great beach.

Convenient location near Soho. Good rooms in buildings 1,2, 3. Nice guest relations staff. Perfect beach strip, pontoon.
The reception staff still in any hotel did not seem pleasant to me, until you show your wallet. I have not received a reply to any of my question. There was a feeling that before the check-in time i'm no one and i belong nowhere.
The last three days the floor was flooded with water in the bathroom because of the broken sewer and no one has solved this problem.
