Resort is beautiful. Rooms aren't maintained as per a 5 star standard.

My personal summary: Really strange experience. Never book an all inclusive package.
Hotel & Resort: Nice rooms with average furniture and friendly housekeeping staff. The whole area is perfect maintained, it's pretty quiet everywhere. The first days I decided to spend my day on the beach (it's not a real beach) and afterwards on the pool close to my room. The guy from the beachbar was really rude but Gehad was amazing. Every day he takes care of his guests and is asking all the time if you maybe need something. Either the guys from the Calamari restaurant are pretty nice. All of you made my day, every day.
SPA: I booked a 5 day SPA program and can only recommend it to everyone. There are professional physio therapists (Zainab Ahmad) which are doing it very well and the guys from the SPA reception are really friendly too. Never felted so relaxed, thanks to you guys.
All-Inclusive at the Coast international restaurant: this is the place where you have breakfast, lunch and dinner when you booked an all inclusive package. It's a nightmare there. Unfriendly rude staff without any idea how to handle a guest. Never felt that kind of unwelcome in a restaurant. The buffet is average but after 6 days i was tired of the repeating food. we have just finshed our 2 weeks long vacation at this great hotel, we have both negative and also positive remarks.
we payed for all inclusive, and were positive surprised that we recived bottled wather and big glasses with our drinks, and not small plastic cups :)
some of the waiters in the buffet restaurant were rude, but we quickly noticed which waiter smiled and changede to their table.
we also did not like, that they just threw crumbs and stuff on the floor instead of picking it up.
the rest of the staff are extremely friendly, the guys at the rodondo bar and aqua bar are easy to talk to, friendly and smiling.
our favorite persons are Hamad who gave us towels at the beach, he came by the beach several times each day, to clean up, he joked and talked and was making sure that we were fine.
the bar man at the beach bar Khaled Ahmed walked along the beach all the time, making sure that everything was ok and even told us what it was told in egypt "kolianann" i think :) he was joking, singing, smiling, a fine guy :)
mohamad the life guard at the beach, a very nice guy who payed a lot of attension to our safety.
we think it would be perfekt if you would make another jetty so it would be possible to swim from one to the other without worring about the current.
the hotel are worn, and a bit dirty, but it did not bother us.response / report this review -

Great super fast wifi over 75m.
Great staff and good rooms .
It would be better without locals.
Aqua pool kitchen is super delicious .

Had a really nice vacation at this hotel, totally recommended. The staff are very polite always smiling if you have requested something from them they will try to find a way to exceed your expectations. Room service are excellent room was very clean and spacious. Mahmoud from the reception is very professional and know how to put a smile on your face, Captain Saed and his team from the main restaurant are more than helpful you just ask them what you wish and they will do it no questions asked. View is very unique overlooking Tiran island wide open sea-view with nothing blocking your view had a nice full moon evening with the red sea shining in silver color and it was breathtaking. If you booked this hotel you will totally enjoy your stay they will definitely make sure you have a memorable vacation.

Pros:
Big beautiful territory
Good bar on the hill with hookah, great sea view and really nice bartenders
Clean good looking rooms
Nice and friendly reception staff
Free wifi everywhere - its really good.
Cons:
Terrible evil personnel others than reception/couple of bartenders.
Your needs in fluids like coffee, tea and water completely depend on the terrible personnel. It's extremely annoying.
Terrible unhealthy food
Very very limited menu, lack of food between meals, no apples, no boiled eggs on breakfast
Access to the sea from public beach with locals peeing in front of you in the water.
And I witnessed evil evil things there. I saw a nervous bartender threw food on the floor. And other bartender picked it up from the floor, put on the plate and served it to the guest! Never saw anything like this before. Amazing.
I took a chicken for lunch and found out it was RAW meat under its breading. They served raw chicken meat, can you imagine what staff is working there?
I came I paid and I got an attitude from the waiters and bartenders(except 2) like I constantly disturbing their vacation with my miserable requests.
Definitely won't stay in any Renaissance network hotels in future. It's not the standard I was looking for.response / report this review -

I have rated it a star only because:
1. The balcony has pigeon stools
2. There was no bed for the infant
3. When they brought the bed for infant we discovered a spider in its sheets the night afterresponse / report this review
