Me and my friend had message and I really regrets it they gave me message package for two with free masks. That what should be, but we went out paying more than the original price with message and only one mask and terrible message! We had to pay extra for the oil. It was a cheat

Although i was there 10 years ago, I know from my friends that is still super place with its own diving site, spa zone and perfect restaurants and rooms.

The hotel is in a prime location. We return year after year as do many of the guests that visit this hotel. It's like our home away from home.

Excellent.

I arrived with a friend on Dec 29th. We were provided with well appointed rooms and checked-in in no time. The room appointments were great, service was excellent. We were really impressed with the quality and quantity of food in the main restaurant along with the professional and friendly service of the staff.

I will definitely return back to Novotel Sharm soon.
