  The hotel kept trying to charge my credit card although I reserved using the pay at the property option, and finally they cancelled my reservation without any notification. Not a professional move at all !!!

  Wonderful place and big, i prefer to go there with girlfriend you will not forget this tour.
  But restaurant is not good. they cant cook well.

  Amazing beach, breathtaking corals and underwater but poor service. Only satisfying service is the housekeeping (Mohamed Mabruk) and diving center. Apart from that service is average. Food and beverage is a complete failure. This hotel should not claim providing all inclusive service. Better make it B&B. That would be more honest. 3 stars is for nature, housekeeping and diving center. Hotel management deserves no stars.
