Trying to keep the level of service good, but the building and the rooms definitely need heavy and immediate renovation. Otherwise, nicely planned hotel with food facilities.

Was better a few years back, now not so much. service and room quality declined. Dont go to the spa and definitely dont get the massage, they freaking massage you with cooking oil.

Location and buildings are outstanding. Most staff are wonderful especially in the dining facilities. However, some employees in the front desk are so bad, non-profesional, like spoiled kids which reflects relaxed supervision of the higher management.

The grounds are lovely. However the Hotel has allowed the Spa for women's nails;Facials; manicures and pedicures to simply DISAPPEAR!

One of the best hotels in 6 October city. The property is very big, doesn't have enough staff to take care of it. Very secure place, perfect for business travelers coming to Egypt. Lunch / dinner has limited options, breakfast menu is good. Staff are courteous, pool is maintained well. Due to tourist downturn the hotel accommodates a lot of local population / local tourists on discounted basis, something to watch out.
