Very clean, very nice atmosphere, a great and cozy getaway. Very well heated and maintained indoor pool as well as an outdoor one. Location away from any pollution or noise or any distraction.

Great experience staying in this hotel. Lovely staffs and close to nature. Room is clean and great quality. In the morning birds chirping sounds will wake you up. Value for money and a great place to stay while in Alexandria.

We do love the place , facilities , people serving us everywhere over the last 10 years!!!
I used to make our winter scientific medical conference Hilton Ranch yearly. And I enjoy with my family joining The fantastic spa connected to the Hotel.

I liked the place, the rooms, the view on the pool and the restaurant view of the ranch.
What I didn't like is when we entered the room at 00:00 we found it is still missing the extra bed and enough towels, but they quickly fixed everything.

The best thing about the hotel is their dedication to improve. I made a simple comment on minor plumbing problem in my room, and afterwards I received a call from Mr. Amir - front desk manager- to apologize and to investigate more about the issue. I really appreciated that.

The price paid is excessive for the service provided. The only positive note is the breakfast buffet which is generous and good quality. The pool facility is also nice. The restaurant and bar staff are kind. As for the reception greeting and departure, it was the worse experience ever for Hilton and hotel of this category, in a country that definitely should encourage tourism atm !!! The reception staff was rude and disrespectful, which is unadmissible. The room was poorly cleaned (dust and crumbles on the floor) the bathroom had a horrible smell and so did the AC which was probably never cleaned. The bedsheets were too used so the fabric felt weird.
We are a young easy going couple travelling extensively worldwide and we rarely/ never leave a bad review, but this hotel should definitely be reviewed by HILTON and its own owner/management. We chose it only because of its proximity with the airport.

Very nice a day we'll built hotel yet it's located far from Alex.. The wedding hall is good and amazingly decorated with flowers and all.. Swimming pool is good too.

This is a place to chill out.

1) Great place to stay in, huge pool, friendly staff, excellent food
2) Just make sure to stay away from ground floor standard room, it has no window at all, it's like a trap, also the bathroom suction ventilation is very week, you can imagine what happens then
