  Have a very good and wide rooms. But there a lot of annoying things:
  - pool and club are closed by 11 pm.
  - food is not always delicious.
  - you have to pay for your water refill.

  Standard 5-Star Hotel. Checked-in today.
  large rooms with nice view, clean and organized. 2 pools. Anxiously looking forward to the breakfast :-)
  Didn't like the executive lounge though as it is managed in a way that tries to minimize expenses rather than to appreciate customer loyalty.

  A delightful place to stay at, helpful staff, and great hospitality. It's a nice place for people to relax and stay away from the crowd of the city. Highly recommended for a fun stay in Alexandria with the family.

  Not that many hotels to chose from. The hotel is good for the situation, there is absolutely nothing to do in Borg Al Arab so people that come here is usually for business.
  
  Most of the time the staff are friendly and actually try to do what you request.
  
  Its clean and comfortable.
  
  The real makeover is needed in the kitchen as the food needs some help.
