Rooms are bit small but it's very modern. The private beach closes at sunset and opens at 9am. The rooms that offers sea view is wonderful.
I had checked into the hotel on the day of my birthday. The receptionist noticed it coz she copied my passport. Sadly, the hotel didn't even bothered to provide a complimentary drink or cake. If Sheraton is committed to customer's satisfaction, then this is a basic service they should perform because even small restaurants will offer cake or drink to their patrons on their birthday.

I don't know how this hotel is 5 stars. There are many of disappointed issues. Rooms are very small, Not maintained as some area is rusted, not cleaned. The blanket was teared. No varieties at restaurant such as honey, there was no ice cream at the cafe while we were in the summer!!!!. The recepition staff were not professional

Good place for one-night stay, no more.
Guest rooms that overview the sea and Montazah palace have an amazing view. Rooms that overview the city are just a waste of money and time. Rooms are small and old furnished. Beds and pillows are not so comfortable. Bathrooms are small too with not much space to move and with old and narrow bathtubs. Also they were not so clean.
The hotel is expensive with respect to the service given. It relies on its name and reputation in attracting residents. But I have no doubt that other less expensive hotels in Alex provide much better services.

Great location and professional staff.
Beds were comfy and clean.
The room was very small and so was the bathroom .. Also the furniture was dated.
Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement especially for the bathroom.
All and all enjoyed the stay and the hospitality.
