The location is great. But the room was not clean nor properly equipped with basic needs. Garden Restaurant staff are the worst in service preparedness and attitude.

The house keeping steal money from my room but when I told the security manager by this issue they returned to me the exact money which had Been stolen from my room On The other hand the staying on the beach is perfect. .. Thier staff are suitable for 1 or maximum 2 stars hotel

4 stars hotel in Mamoura.
Pros: good clean rooms, all rooms are pool view, Very big pool, open buffet breakfast. Pool bar and beach bar offer very tasty food and beverages.
This hotel is ideal for families with small kids and seniors as all hotel facilites are easily accessable. No long distances.
Cons: Mamoura is located end of beach road so its bit away from city center, it takes you more time to reach the center of the beach road and other center pointsresponse / report this review -

Room was full of mosquitoes, pool wasn't cleaned till 10 am, bad restaurants and isn't worth the high rate. Only good thing is the that the pool is big and the breakfast was good.

Worst experience ever
Starting from the cold welcoming and bad receptionist that answered my questions sarcastically to the tiny smelly rooms, then the aweful room service that didn't clean the room even after leaving a notice that it hasn't been serviced, to the biggest bomb of the entire journey, my DSLR camera was vanished and when i reported the disappearance they just played dumb and said there was not any cameras there

If you are Egyptian remember to get a photocopy of the reservation deal because if you didn't they will check you out with the current dollar price, and it may make the price goes up by 250 EGP based on your stay period
IF you ate or drank something that was in the fridge get something identical to replace I got into a hassel for getting a different flavour and different mineral water brand
