this is a dreadful hotel, I can only assume the people giving it 5 stars like, poor food (chips and turkey twizlers) poor service (if you dont tip well your made to wait) and muck (you could see the grim on our ensuite walls.

The hotel is good staff are nice and friendly, food is delicious beach is amazing, but just to be clear if you want to enjoy your stay DO NOT GO IN HIGH SESSION specially Egyptian holidays, cause if you did you will find yourself not comfortable at all starting from a local songs on the pool; the loud voice in the middle of the night and the last thing staring eyes every where.

Food is very good more than I expected but the number of employees is very low to manage the restaurant.
As for the room.. The services regarding the shampoos or the soap is not at the level of a well known resort.
All the employees did a great job in helping us to have a great vacation
Wish u all best of luck and hope that in the near future most of the resorts in sharm will try to select not collect guests

Disappointing. Staff are OK, but they have very limited policy which they have to abide to. One example is; if you want to go to the hotel's beach, you will be stuck there & cannot return except on certain time which is never convenient! Food; is poor quality. Room is adequately furnished with a very small TV screen which has poor quality picture & you will have to rent a water boiler for you tea & coffee. Bathroom towels are short in number and the toilet has poor amenities (only liquid soap dispenser) although they provide a hair dryer but they don't provide shampoo!
Lights in the room and toilet are very dim.
I do not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for good service & quality hospitality.response / report this review -

Lovely home from home mwdium sized hotel with 2 swimming pools and 2 restaurants and 2 bars. Many rooms open direct to the pools . Very clean well maintained rooms and landscaping.good food with very friendly service all priced very cheaply. There are also 2 beaches 1 sandy 1 coral but they are not on site being 3 km away but accessed daily by a shuttle bus provided by the hotel.

We holidayed there for 2 weeks with our 4 youngest children.it was a fab xperience. food was awsome. .staff went beyond the call of dutyand the private beach was the icing on the cake.

This hotel is the best we've stayed in. The food is gorgeous! I put 10lb on in 2 weeks! Lol!! I can't fault this hotel, it's clean and the staff are very efficient. 5 stars every time☺

I've been around the world, stayed in hundreds of hotels, and this is the first time that I've found a hotel so completely reluctant to help in any way.
Can you call a taxi for me? No, go get your own taxi in the street.
Can I get some ice? No, ice is only for alcoholic beverages.
Where is breakfast? At the other end of the hotel, go find it yourself.
The beach is inconveniently located, and the pool closes at 5:30. Worthless visit.response / report this review
