Visited May 2017 & this place is excellentMy 2 year old son has a dairy allergy & staff went out of their way to make him special meals which made our holiday so much easier. Very grateful to the kitchen staff it was much appreciated & will always be remembered. Had few issues with our room as neighbouring hotel was very noisy in the evenings (loud music past midnight), however this was swiftly resolved by reception staff & we were re-located. Club cars were a life saver at this huge resort as the little one was reluctant to walk back to room in the evenings. The sea life was impressive all the way to across to adjacent resort on right hand side of jetty. It was a pleasure to meet Nina at the kids, really good at her job and left a lasting impression. Keep up the good work guys you all doing an excellent job

Nice hotel, good place for relaxing, with superb view, I think it's not suitable for children. It has a wonderful pool you feel like you are swimming in the sea not in the pool, the room service are so friendly, and the stuff are helpful too, the food quality was great.

This hotel is amazing! I don't know how is now, was there in september 2011. But I remember it with warmth in my heart: nice territory, good pools, sea, rooms, food. Love it.

The first time I come to cleopatra I see that the hotel is good and has a nice view the pool and beach is good the people that work is good. The very bad thing in thins hotel is and will make never come back again is the food the problem is not the money the problem is the people who cook is not good at it the is very very bad and don't have taste and it's same food over and over again but with different things and for 3 day me and my family only eat salad bread and butter
