Clean and large rooms, unfortunatelly SPA is under renovation
Haven't stayed at the hotel, but vist the day spa often. Biggest pool in Tallinn, currently closed for renovations.
I really enjoy the water slide and the playground pool is great for young kids
Total scam. We were advised just 1 day prior arrival that the SPA and the pool will not work and also a noise because constructions and reforms during the stay. Not recommended, they are scammers. Very expensive for what they offer. Staff was friendly but manager not at all.
It's a scam and a fraud. Avoid this place. Spa wasn't working. They advised us one day before arrival when the city had no more hotels options. Several hours of the day a huge noise didn't allowed us even to sleep. Staff was kind and they did what they could to offer solutions but manager was so rude, he talk over us, and put ridiculous excuses like "before booking through any online travel agency you should call us in order to make sure all our services are available" so we paid for a super hotel with pool and Spa and they haven't that service, they offered us another pool in another hotel so I think I should had go to another hotel next time as well. My advise is to avoid this people or they will ruin your holidays.
Really good place, there is a swimming pool, sauna, hammam, a gym, etc. Perfect if you want to train and relax just after !
Nice, clean hotel with waterpark. Good for families. Good breakfast but not healthy.
The Spa is under reconstruction. They are not repacing daly the toilletry (caps, kit, shooes shine).
First we got a really small room that the (hotels own) extra bed hardly fit into even unfolded. A few chit-chats and phonecalls later we got upgraded to a bigger room. Plus points for flexibility. Then the hotels own spa was undergoing renovation which almost braugt my little girl to tears, but that too was remedied by vouchers for the spa right across the street. Perhaps not quite as convenient, but not bad at all. Only real minus is that in neither room was the minibar cold, and room temp sparkling naah, not so good.
A great place to take the family swimming. They have several small pools for kids as well as all sorts of hot tubs with jets. There are also a couple of water slides, but we found them to be rough and unpleasant.
Parin sportimis- ja lõõgastuskoht kesklinnas. The best place for sporting and leisure in the downtown of Tallinn
For a full ticket price of 15€ I expected more possibilities. Limited sauna choice and they are all underpowered. Full size pool is awesome. Water massage is extremely weak and actually very noisy. Most of the "massage" is done with bubbles. And they are useless. Water fountains/streams are also weak. Not possible to actually massage the muscles.
Didn't find any place to swipe the wristband to check the time. Had to use phone's stopwatch to keep track of time.
If you don't actually want to swim it gets boring.
Nice otherwise, but when travelling with children one should be aware that every afternoon and evening the children's pools are taken over by the local swimming school groups. So really only the baby pool is available for use. The hotel's reception staff didn't have information on this, and didn't see it as a problem. So to make sure when you can swim with a child bigger than a toddler but not yet a fluent swimmer, you should contact the swimming pool's cashier. But we had a good time in any case. :)
Good location 5-10 min walk to Old tallin.
Clean and fresh rooms, good SPA treatments and free access to the swimming area.
Although I can't comment on the hotel itself, I had the pleasure of visiting the in-house restaurant. I ordered the cappuccino mushroom soup, and what a delight it was. I couldn't stop eating. They also provide a crunchy bread and butter that goes very well with it. That one dish alone (although it may not be a fair rating) made me give them 5 stars!
