  Nice hotel, the staff was friendly. We rented the family room that allowed 5 of us to sleep comfortable in a total of 3 beds. It's a fun experience.

  El precio es excesivo para la calidad. Las habitaciones son dúplex lo que resulta incómodo subir por esas escaleras y el techo súper bajo, te golpeas, no recomendado para niños. El servicio de wifi es pésimo, no llega bien a la habitación y en la parte de arriba de la habitación ni llega siquiera. El desayuno es bueno y existe variedad.

  This rating is based on the alternatives in Banos. It is a very touristy town. The areas and nature Adobe it are great. The town itselfNot so much. The hotel is located far enough off the main drag that noise is not an issue. However it is close enough that you can walk to everything. Our room had a large outdoor space and a great view. The beds are comfortable but in the small size. The bathroom is small, dated, and leaves something to be desired. WiFi was spotty in our room and slow. Breakfast s included with the room and was good. It included waffles, eggs, fruit, juice, yogurt, and more.

  Hay fantasmas en la habitacion 9!!! El espejo se Viro Durante la noche solito. Los cosmeticos en el velador se cayeron estandon a una distancia y el velador tambien aparecio virado. Se escucho a alguien respirando en el baño. La Cama picaba bastante come que si hubiera chinche. La noche fue pesada..
  
  There are phantoms/spirits in room 9!!! In the morning The mirror on the wall appeared tilted. During the night the things on the vanity was taken out of the bag and thrown on the floor with a loud sound like if someone threw them on the floor with force. The vanity was also moved. U can hear breathing during the night from the bathroom. The bed was super itchy like if there was chinche. It was a horrible nigh!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

  Amazing stay at a reasonable rate. Employees were very helpful and the tours they arrange for you are well worth it. Loved my time there, can't wait to go back.
