  Mala actitud y precio abusivo.
  1 te suben el 22% si se quiere pagar con tarjeta.
  2 desayuno a medias.
  3 servicios no funcionan sauna, hidromasaje
  4 la actitud de la dueña eso es definitivamente lo peor
  
  Para que le den factura te quieren cobrar el 12% adicional..
  Con respecto al hotel, normal camas cómodas

  Super hotel og skønt personale! En dejlig grøn oase med pool og god frisk morgenmad. Tæt på byen men på en mere stille vej. + de gav rabat da jeg valgte at blive flere nætter. Alt i alt: super 😊

  The owners of this hotel charge insane prices for both their rooms and food and try to take advantage of visitors to Banos at every turn. Disappointing.

  Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast included in the price. Pool was functional but not the Sauna and Hot tub when we were there. First night was very quiet but the second night there was more noise in the neighborhood. Hot water in showers but it's a bit of a pain the get it to work right. Overall very comfortable though.

  Beautiful hotel with great view from rooms. Very friendly staff, nice garden and pool and delicious and healthy breakfast. Also sauna and pool. The center is very close. 100% Recommendable

  La mejor experiencia!!!!! te hacen sentir como en casa, ya que es un negocio familiar y se preocupan por tu bienestar, ademas es super TRANQUILO Y SEGURO LO QUE MAS ME GUSTA ES SU UBICACIÓN SALUDOS A IVAN Y CARLA.

  Excelente relación calidad precio. cerca del centro de la ciudad y perfecto para descansar con vistas a las montañas. muy Limpio, piscina, los propietarios muy atentos. el mejor desayuno que he probado en los Hoteles de Ecuador
