Excelente lugar para visitar la Ciudad de Baños. Un lugar acogedor y limpio. Esta ubicado lejos del ruido del centro de la Ciudad y cerca a las piscinas.

Deberían educar a las personas en el trato a los huéspedes, la mujer que estaba a cargo en la madrugada estaba muy molesta simplemente porque se le pidió que nos abriera la puerta para poder ingresar al hotel. El desayuno malo. El garage es muy pequeño había que sacar el auto a cada momento para que puedan salir los que estaban mas al interior.

No está mal, pero no era lo que imaginé.
El área del jacuzzi tiene un pago adicional y eso no está muy claro en la oferta de Booking. Me quedé con ganas de probarlo.
Pero por otro lado el balcón tiene una linda vista a la cascada y el desayuno fue bastante grande y rico.

Excelente Hostal! Muy limpio y la atencion es de primera. We had a fantastic stay at Hostal Casa Real, the reservation went through without a hitch. It is very clean and close to the Hot Springs. The hotel is a few blocks from the downtown area and is walking distance to the core if you want to party and quiet enough if you are in for a relaxing experience. This hostal is highly recommended and inexpensive. This is my second stay there and will be back again.

Wonderful experience staying at Casa Real! The owner and staff are incredibly warm people, always looking to make you feel taken care of. Breakfast was fantastic (eggs, bread, cheese, fruit, juice, coffee, and often a local item that was interesting to try), and the room was comfortable and as pictured. The view from our balcony was wonderful too, looking out over the Andes mountains. I highly recommend Casa Real!
