Spend 3 days in the reserve. We had some issues with check in, but once we resolved we had an amazing visit. Our butler was Irvin, he made a romantic bubble bath for my boyfriend and my anniversary. Had champagne and flowers decorating the tub.l, was really special. He scheduled our dinner reservations for all three nights.

At the bar, Belkys, Yeffrey and Wilson are amazing. Alfonso the bell hop was also great. Took care of our bags and took us where ever we wanted to go.

When you come to the reserve at Paradisus Palma Real, you are coming to a friendly welcome kids hotel. You have a full daycare 10 am to 7pm but Tuesday and Saturday where it is open until 10pm for day night for adults.

You get access to all the restaurants in the main hotel (Paradisus Palma Real) and you have a reserved area on the beach. Indeed the beach have different reserved areas for the different type of guest/customers.

We are enjoying the service of a concealer, and we cannot be more happier with her service and attention. Thanks Eunicis.

We know where we are coming, now we need to know when.

Enjoyed our time here. Our guest services rep - Suly - was phenomenal. She made our wives’ birthday trip one to remember. From special dinners to room decorations and special touches, she went above and beyond to make the experience here memorable. Speaking of dinner, Ronnie at Aqua provided the best service we’ve ever had. He planned the various courses for our final meal, culminating with a birthday cake and celebration for our wives. Also, the food at The Reserve (especially Aqua and Mizu) was first rate. Would certainly recommend.

It's very beautiful here, peaceful and quiet. Good. If you're looking for a whole lot of night life then thus place is lacking however, it's good for kids and adults looking to relax and enjoy a beautiful place.

I've been vacationing at Meliá (Caribe tropical first, now we're at the reserve) in the beginning it was awesome, but know I miss The fun. There is no music at all. And if there is, it's all pop music. The atmosphere is very serious now, boring. I've talked to many employees and they all agree with me. I used to come to this country to have fun, to enjoy there culture, it's very sad to see how management is changing the roots of this beautiful, fun people.

It's all Inclusive. 1 buffet after 1week is a bit annoying with same food. There are other restaurants but you need to make reservations and ride on golf carts to most of them. I don't like long wait. Last restaurant took 20 min to ask what we want then 55 min to bring food out.

Building is a bit old. People are friendly. Price is about 400 USD per night.

Nice Sunrise views and pretty clean hotel.

Overall it's a great hotel with amazing service and unbelievable food!

There are only a few cons:
    - even though it's kids-friendly hotel, there are some stairs-only areas and there is no elevator to the rooms, so it's really hard to take stroller if your room is not in the 1st floor.
    - rooms could be refreshed
    - sometimes there was very little or no at all hot water in the evening from the showers
    - this hotel is around 10 minutes walk from the beach and has less choice of food than Paradisus on the beach, even though it's more expensive
    - most of waiters don't know English
    - some of English-speaking waiters are rude
    - almost no sea life in the ocean (even no fish), but probably it's due to the sand. Even though I met a stingray one day

    Pros:
    - spacious rooms with great jacuzzi on the balcony outside which is especially great during cloudy weather or in the evening
    - food inside buffets is the best I've ever seen: fresh squeezed juices, steaks made in front of you, sushi, even chocolate fountain with fruits sometimes!
    - kids club is really great with kind people and tons of toys for kids
    - you can leave your 1+ baby from 9am till 8pm for no extra charge! They feed the baby, change your diapers, play with it and e t c
    - if you like the nanny form kids club, you can recruit her for $25/hour
    - very beautiful territory with gorgeous canopies, swimming pools and even water slides for kids
    - golf carts to the ocean go rather often and drivers are kind to grab you during its way if you want
    - beautiful and warm ocean with very bright sandy beach
