This resort is incredible, plenty of activities, we had a wonderful stay in Premium with our 2 kids, great service, recommand it !

Большая территория, отличная инфраструктура.
Из минусов , это глубина океана ;) лягушатник . Хотя это классика для таких отелей

Excelente resort con muy buenas instalaciones, diferentes opciones de restaurantes de comida internacional. El personal siempre se preocupa porque el huésped esté bien atendido. Además de los diferentes servicios que ofrece para una gran estadía. Muy recomendable!

Has potential but the adults only section of the resort dwarfs in comparison to the general part of the resort with the largest pool I've ever seen and a mall.
You either deal with a small sized pool in the adults only section or take your chances with the horde of little screaming kids in the pool of the main resort.
They make you do all of your dinner reservations in the first day before you even get a chance to get to your room to relax. It takes forever to find an available guest service member and then they try to shove weird awkward reservation hours on you from 6 pm to the other extreme of 8PM+. They also make you have a mandatory "introduction meeting" that they advertise is to schedule your transportation back to the airport but in reality it's to try to sell you on excursions so they can grab some more of your money.
The staff do the bare minimum to do their due diligence but are not very friendly. I saw several health concern violations like reusing spoon to get omelette toppings that was used to mix raw eggs of several guests in a row at the breakfast buffet. For lunch they have a couple of restaurants open buffet style. The food isn't always fresh and during rush hour when it's fresh, it is hard to get service. Many of the times we had to go get our own napkins and silverware while piling dirty glasses from previous guests to the corner.
The wi-fi is overpriced and they "upgraded" our adults only room to the general part of the resort where we heard kids' resonating screams from the balcony since they overbooked themselves. This would've been fine if they had been open to the fact that we weren't going to be residing in adults only accommodation.response / report this review
