  Loveeee this place! Close to everything in Punta Cana (15 mins from the airport). Instead of going to a resort, rent out an apt, car, and enjoy Puj. And if you want to do the resort thing, all you need is to buy a day pass at any of the resorts.

  If you are looking for a place to rent or buy in the Bávaro area. This is a safe, brand new and centrally located spot. Near public transportation; and easy to get to the beach.

  Do not purchase with these people. My family and i have try several ways to contact them since we didn't qualified to obtain a full loan for one of the apartment being sold. They have not return the down payment given. No one is answering to phone calls or Email at any location NY, Dominican Republic number or Email address. Very unethical behavior

  Very disappointed, I was invited by a friend that bought an apartment there her mistakes.was signed the mortgage before the company finished the apt, is a furnished apartment but everything is like fake even the toilet seat is cracked have 2 holes is a brand new apartment. The faucet you can feel it is a super thin plastic, it's has already bumps and dark spots. The appliances didn't match color the refrigerator is gray, stove black, smoke extractor white, wash machine white, the elevator is not finished yet. There are hole in the wall, ceramic floor need potty, paint in the floor
  The security. When we first arrived at the security door, main entrance the guard was using his cellular phone he didn't look toward our car he just open the door and continued his phone conversation. There is a lot to..improve in order to exceed costumer expectations.

  If you have a dog or even like them this is not the place for you. They put out poison for strays.ended up killing our pet 😢 The neighbors were sympathetic and wonderful but the management unconcerned.
