We stayed at the Paradisus for our honeymoon. We had the Royal Services package and it was amazing. We did not have to lift a finger. We always had seats reserved for us and the man working the beach and pool, Carlos, always set our towels up and got our drinks.
Our butler, Juan Suarez, was wonderful. He constantly checked on us and made sure everything was the way we wanted. He made dinner reservations for us and set up a party boat reservation. He always made sure our room was clean and left fresh fruit and cheese plates for us when we got back from a day at the beach. We definitely recommend this resort and will come back in the future.
The food and drinks were also awesome.

This was our first trip to Punta Cana and it definitely won't be the last. We were celebrating our 6 year wedding anniversary, so we stayed in Royal Service. What a great choice! Our butler, Nicolas, went above and beyond to make this the best trip ever. Every day there was a great surprise in our room waiting for us. He took care of all our reservations and made sure we never had to ask for anything. His personality is very entertaining and it was GREAT having him as our butler. The beaches here are awesome and the staff at Paradisus are all so helpful and friendly. Thank you to all who made our trip unforgettable. We cant wait to go back next year!

Absolutely loved the resort. Ariel was our butler and he was outstanding!!! When we go back we are asking for him to take care of us again. He was so helpful with everything and couldn’t have made our stay any better!!! He was so friendly and anything we needed he helped with or did it for us!!! Thank you Ariel!! The resort is stunning and the activities they have available are so easy to get to. Our room was beautiful overlooking the beach. Loved everything about it and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Punta Cana!!! Next time I’m bringing my ENTIRE family. Thank you again Ariel and this won’t be the last you see of us!

Our trip to Paradisus Palma Real was truly an unforgettable experience! We stayed at Royal Service and were assisted by our butler Luis Sanchez who was phenomenal. He made our dinner reservations each night and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could be, from chocolate covered strawberries and snacks in the room to filling up the tub with bubbles and roses at night. The weather was great, pools and beach are beautiful, you really can’t ask for more! Would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing time at Royal Service Paradisus Palm Real. The hotel was the perfect size. Not too big or small and you can see the beach all the way from the entrance. It is absolutely stunning! They greeted us upon arrival and walked us to a bar where we were served mimosas and a very nice lady explained the amenities. We were then introduced rob Kelvin our butler and this gentleman was our life saver during our stay. He secured dinning reservations and was very informative. He pretty much did everything for us during our stay. He was amazing. The butler idea is a great one.

The food was great! I enjoyed the Mediterranean restaurant and Peruvian Rest the most. The adults only section is nice to have for quiet time. This hotel has it all.

Cons: the only con I can find is that the room smelled a bit moist. But it was tolerable. I will definitely return.

My husband and I had an awesome time at Paradisus Palma Real Royal Service! We had a GREAT butler (Alberto) that catered to our needs. Our beach guy Martin was great too. The resort is absolutely beautiful. Paradise!

I spent the week of Feb 18-25 2018 at this resort, more specifically "The Reserve" side of the resort. I have to say I was a little disappointed overall. The first room we were put in after having to sign an agreement on accepting an upgrade that may not be offered to us in future visits. I was immediately a little suspicious it was in appreciation on this being our 4th visit to their group of hotels in the last 6-7 years. The room was a lot bigger than what we had reserved however it was not well maintained, or cleaned and overlooked the new property they were building. I woke the next morning at 730 am to the sound of construction only to pull the curtains and get a full view of how the concrete would be poured for their next resort.
After an assertive conversation with several guest service reps and one supervisor, we were moved to a more suitable area of the resort.
5 star is not what it used to be.at least not in the Dominican Republic at the Paradisus chain of resorts. Both here and at their sister resort Paradisus Punta Cana, a little more attention needs to the basics. The rooms, amenities and menus are not keeping up with the increasing costs and decreasing services.

My first trip was back in 2016 and I've been in love ever since. My family and I have been twice since then. My sister decided to have her wedding there. Just a beautiful resort with excellent service and amazing food (usually not the case). I would highly recommend it.

We had a great time at this resort - awesome view from our room, and delicious food. Sometimes the buffet food wasn’t real hot, but it still tasted good. Angelo was a great butler - he was always accessible & eager to please.
There’s plenty of beach to walk - which is nice. There was a lot of ‘salesmen’ along the beach but they’re very good about not pushing after you tell them you’re not interested- most of them were very friendly, in fact.
Overall beautiful resort, friendly staff & great food.
We really have no complaints

This resort is very large and has a lot of great restaurants, but unfortunately you have to make reservations your first day for all the restaurants. The food is good though and seasoned well. The rooms themselves are very large and clean, but a bit on the older side. The service was nice and helpful. I would go back to this resort.

Beautiful resort! Right on the water and the staff is amazing. I would rate it 4.5 for the fact there is no reef or real snorkeling right on the beach but not everyone is looking for this, so 5 stars it is. Amazing amazing location! Very relaxing with a gorgeous pool.

This place is huge. Pool very nice. Room is good. Bar are everywhere. Very good view. We book 5 different restaurant for dinner and it is all good. Buffet service is good but not great. Leaving tomorrow, would stay here again if we come back to Punta Cana.

We just spent a week here. It was beautiful and so relaxing. We got a massage here, had free painting and dance and exercise classes, the food was phenomenal, the staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and the service was great, and the beaches were clean and beautiful. We got to see some wedding set ups and it makes me want to have my future wedding there.
We plan on going back very soon.

Had a great time celebrating my cousin's wedding at this venue. The staff were very accommodating and wonderful. Loved the pool and the beach. I would have given them 5 stars but there was a lot of hit and miss on the food. Otherwise, it was GREAT!!!

The facilities were great, although the shower was a bit odd (took awhile to figure it out). The downfall to me was the food. There were plenty of options, but for my palate, it wasn't that good. Others said it was fine, so it really just depends on your taste.

This resort looks brand new and has a picture perfect scenery.
The staff is funny and the buffet food is amazing, however, the Mexican restaurant and Hibachi restaurant really aren't good.

I am giving it 2 Stars because the scenery was amazing. Other then that this place gets real boring after a couple of days.

I wish the staff provided the guests with a daily list of activities, otherwise you will be out of the loop and just spend your days wandering around.
Also, I was placed in a room that I did not book, I had to tell the front desk that I was put in the wrong room (one without a balcony) and the receptionist rolled his eyes when I asked to be put in the correct room (one with a balcony & Jacuzzi). When I was put into the correct room the light next to the bed randomly dropped from the ceiling one night and the electricians had to come hang it back up to the ceiling.

Lastly, and most frustratingly, the front desk gave my boyfriend a booklet of "Resort Credits" consisting of free credits that can be used in the Casino , Restaurant and Spa on our LAST DAY.

He said he "forgot" to give them to us when we checked in. He explained you get resort credits if you are booked for a certain amount of nights.

However, we were never able to use these credits because they were given to us a few hours before we had to leave. If I received these Resort Credits on the first day I would have without a doubt used them during my stay and had more fun. So if you are staying at this resort for a while I recommend you ask about the credits booklet because this is the thing that really angered me the most.

Also, Room Service comes really early in the morning, they will lightly knock then let themselves in - Got woken up multiple times by them in the morning and walked in on while showering a couple times.

Stayed here last year for my vacation. Awesome is the only word i can use to describe my experience. The only complaint i had was that my room was like a 10 minute walk from the lobby. But other than that i have no complaints. If you're looking for a beautiful spot to vacation this resort was one of the best ones from all the other resorts i had seen.

Nice rooms Front desk staff needs education on treating people with respect. They need to do a better job reviewing all amenities. The staff can be very condescending depending on who you get. I expected better for 6000.00 usd for a week.

I would give 3 stars but only because of stuff giving 4. Food is just ok maybe 3 star. Stuff really friendly and helpful- 5 stars for service. Grounds are clean and beautiful. Pool is also clean and nice. Very windy every day. Beach is not clean close to the water area. Again service and stuff really great. All friendly. BUT huge minus is rooms- very old furniture, needs a lot to be done in the rooms, remote control is not working, water stock in the shower, everything is like 1 star motel outdated, but clean. If you ask me if i sagest it to a friend - my answer is NO. Rooms, food and beach are not nice at all.

I was here on my honeymoon. It was literally paradise like the name. The staff is so friendly even more so than in mexico, very personable and appreciative. They had the best pool and always have carts to take you where you need to go. Nothing is far, buffets are delicious, it's just wonderful all around. I absolutely adore this hotel. I will definitely return, hopefully soon!
