Very good location at the heart of "La Zona". Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean although a little dated.
A few hiccups: there's a very unpleasant odor on the sidewalk that reached our balcony. The parking lot is very small and you have to leave your car keys on the front desk.
And lastly we felt there was a lot of noise from inside the hotel at about 6-7am and the reason is that they were polishing de floor. Come on guys it was a Sunday!
Other than that we had a pleasant stay, went to a lot of pubs and bars which are less than 6 minute walk from hotel.
Would highly recommend the Kah Kow Experience in Calle Las Damas for a nice tour of this chocolate factory.

Convenient, clean, comfortable. Only downside is the laughably disorganized front desk. But they are friendly.

Not the best hotel I ve ever been. Nice rooms but service was very slow. We arrived at hotel before noon but were told we could not check in before 3 o clock. Then we had to wait again because room was not ready. Finally arond 5 o clock we checked in. Waiter in the restaurant was very nice and friendly though. Breakfast was good.
Room in the front was nice and big but very noisy.

Terrible experience. I reserved a night on this hotel for a special ocasion, a month before, however, they gave my room to someone else. The staff was very unhelpful and disrespectful.

There are other great experiences for the same price in the Colonial Zone.

Nice ambiance. Nice rooms. Bathrooms are nice, but a tad small for bigger people like me (I'm 6'5"). Good service. Good air conditioning in the rooms. Cable, Wi-Fi, and flat screen television.

We enjoyed our time here. rooms were clean and staff was very nice. The Street was very busy and loud at night but you get used to it eventually. I understand they're building a new one on the Conde, the main street. In a pinch, we'd stay here again.
