This hotel is amazing for its price!!! Delicious Dominican buffet breakfast included. Pool was clean and perfect. Restaurant, Casino, Bar and Club are all located within the facility. The Colonia area is a couple blocks away and I was able to take a hoarse carriage that picked me up at the front of the hotel. Customer service was excellent, especially Beltre at the Bar/Restaruant by the pool. He served me by the pool, bar and even room service. Loved Napolitano Hotel. I had a wonderful experience within a reasonable price!!! Definitely going back!!

Location! Location! Location! Very well located. Beautiful ocean views. Only stayed here for a night but it was very comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Room was spacious and quite considering all the street level noise the Malecon offers. Yes there are more luxurious places you can stay in Santo Domingo, but at this price point you can’t go wrong.

I only went here for the food. Thus I cannot rate this hotel 5 stars based on the rooms and service. They do have good food and a nice area to eat! Good location. Close to the sea. I would go here to eat again.

The hotel air-conditioning barely works. I had to move into other room because it was way to hot. Then the room I went to was the same. But the rest was fine.

Breakfast was okay, but the staffs were very friendly.
Room was clean and shower was pretty good.
We wanted to visit another town and they kept our luggages for free for a few days.
That was very nice.

Older hotel, 1970's, About 70 rooms, all with ocean view and modernized to current standards. Good beds. Very clean rooms, great roomy glass shower. Inexpensive. Nice pool area and adjacent restaurant. Casino off lobby. Clientele mostly Hispanic, many with children. Very well situated on the Malecon (sea-front) and maybe 20 minute walk to Plaza Independencia and the Zona Colonial. Staff friendly.

I paid for 3 nights but I stayed only two. I was expecting to check in last June 15 but my flight was cancelled. So I called them and I informed that I was going to arrive the next day and I requested a refund. I have contacted their accounting department since June 20 and they haven't refund my money yet. So that I was compelled to file a claim with my credit card company
