OUTSTANDING HOTEL STAY !!!
This is one beautiful city hotel with excellent location and astonishing pool views.
The staff is very well trained and professional.
Receptionist Wanda made us feel welcomed and appreciated.
Wonderful and very comfortable Lounge,the bar attender Johan was so polite and helpful.
The 2 hours complimentary Evening Reception(530 to 730 pm)is awesome.
The Buffet breakfast was great,thanks to Dariela and Rafaela for your help.
The only down was Room Food Service(uncooked and tasteless).
Bellboy Daniel you are a very special person.
Thanks to you all !!
Definitely will come back.
Highly Recommended !!!

The service and perks are excellent for the business traveler. I got a room with one of the best views in the city. There are lots of fast food and upscale places to eat within one block. I especially enjoyed the cigar lounge and the movie theater in the adjacent mall.

A world class Hotel with all the amenities. "Infinity" pool, exercise room with all new machines, made to order, free breakfast, and all the best staff. Much more than you would expect, especially if you stayed at a different hotel in Santo Domingo before.
The room are spacious with fantastic views of the city, and like other Embassy Suites hotels, you get a two or three room suite, a kitchenette, and the biggest walk in shower I have ever seen!! (with great water pressure too!!)
