My fiancé and I just spent 5 beautiful days there, it was awesome and we're glad we choose W&P in our search. Not close to a beach if it's in your plan but it's in a nice district close to several malls and restaurants, very safe to take a nice stroll at night. A couple things, if you don't like a lot of noise a high floor room it's not for you because the pool and the Vent lounge are on the roof, it's calm until nightfalls, the music is loud. The prices of the snacks in the snack bar was too much, it could have been better. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. They have a great service, staff is very friendly, from the guys in the garage to the front desk, thanks Jean, Jose, the ladies at the front desk, I feel awful I wished I had written all of your names. I really recommend it and we will stay there again, great place.

Have stayed here a few times and each time has been good. The restaurant has some of the beast steak dishes.

The staff is very friendly and attentive and they have vent lounge (pool) on the roof, the manager of vent louge (carlos) was great with us and you can tell he works very hard to make sure clients are happy. My only complaint is that the rooms and gym of the hotel need serious updating. Gym only had treadmills no weights or other machines. The rooms appeared old.

They have a good service. Girls and guests friendly. Rooms are nice and prices are very cheap depending on what you ask for.

My husband and I recently visited Santo Domingo and I have to say we're glad we found W&P hotel during our hotel research. The price is perfect for anybody budget, The service is perfect, the location is the boom, the staff is great, friendly and courteous. Special shot out to Pauriel one of the front girls who was such a nice person and help us accommodate our stay, because it was a super late check in and we have to get there way past the time but she help us a lot i will come back again and will recommend the hotel to my friends.

Very pretty place. Hospitable people. Fantastic food. The pool and hot tub was nice and calm until night falls (becomes a club). It's best if you chose a lower level to sleep because the music is loud. The taxes are too high! Hallways smelled because the room doors do not fit the door frame, so when someone is using the restroom, all that smacks you in the face. Would definitely stay here again.

I always enjoy my stays here. The staff is extremely professional while staying friendly as well. The rooms are top shelf and the restaurant is worth going to even if you're not staying at the hotel. I choose this hotel when I'm in Santo Domingo over all others and I'm a Hilton Honors Diamond as well as a an IHG Platinum.

I loved it went here with a few people the service was amazing all the time they are renovating the office I will love to go again the food at the downstairs restaurant is amazing they have a pool upstairs slash lounge nice city view

Ended up I the city and had to spend the night. Didn't plan on staying here, it was just d if mistake. I should make mistakes likes this more often. No complaints. The room was spacious and clean.
