  I live on the island in the capital, and I've been to several resorts over the last few years. I was very happy with this resort, although my review is being written via the Diamond option. The beach cabanas are excellent, service and food was great, and concierge service was top-notch. The chicken burgers by the pool bar/cabanas run by miguel were incredible. The only negative is that the parties end too early (midnight).

  Excelente hotel, el servicio es uno sino el mejor de los hoteles en punta cana. No tienen espacios para errores. Todo esta en optimas condiciones y el personal es sumamente atento y profesional, su nivel es incomparable.

  Incredibly loud music on their beach. Even ear plugs or noise cancelling head phones couldn't drown it out! Why must it be so loud???

  Had our HONEYMOON here in APRIL 2014 when it was only a few months open and it was pristineThe facilities were georgeous and super cleanThe staff were top notch and went above & beyond to cater to the guestsThe property was not super packed being so new which we lovedSure it has caught on more by now and the VIP area looked so amazing with the private swim deck out the back doorsWe also were super impressed by the totally private presidential mansion which was near our roomThis is a compete private palace that families or groups can book. It has 5-6 private rooms within the house all with locking doors and private but within a house that shares common areas like den, kitchen and an amazing pool outdoor areaIt even has dedicated workers and chefs who prepare meals on site for those staying there. We want to experience that one day !!
  Overall the best ADULT ONLY all inclusive resort in Punta Cana Dominican Republic !!
  You will not be disappointed one bit !!
