Its a nice hotel for a short stay but there is definitely room for improvement. The nice sweet smell they waft through the lobby starts to become obnoxious and sickening after a few days. It is Very intense and I dont know why the smell has to be this intense. The shower definitely takes some getting used to, as a few milimeters can mean the difference between getting burnt and freezing. Also most importantly Know that it can get incredibly loud because the street below picks up every noise and increases it. The club next door could just as well be in your room. I even heard someone moaning that was living down the street They could definitely improve the windows for calmer sleep

Lovely hotel ideally located in Copenhagen. Close to railway station and Tivoli. Rooms are plenty large enough, clean and modern. Staff are wonderful and friendly.

Beautiful rooms, definitely worth it for its price. Breakfast is great as well. And I must recommend their shaving kit, best cream I've ever used. Shower is spacy and has a handy soap dispenser. If you need anything, there's a handy door hanger on which you can check what you need fixed. Staff is helpful, friendly and professional.

In the standard room there is no safe or minibar, though.

I am glad I ignored some of the negative reviews about this hotel. My two night stay here has been very pleasant. The location is super convenient, many attractions and Central train station easy to walk or bike to. The receptionists were all very nice and helpful. My single room was comfortable and included a nice desk and chair, iron and ironing board, contemporary European bathroom and hallway closet.Everything was very clean including the hotel carpeting. While there is one strip club across the street, the rest of the street is mostly lined with other hotels and some restaurants. Not a bad neighborhood whatsoever, I would stay here again!

Only stayed at two hotels in Copenhagen, but this was by far the worse deal. Carpets were so thin it felt like you were walking on pavement in the rooms. The bathroom/shower soap dispensers were so bad it felt like they were aiming at saving on soap - so unpack your travel kit here. No coffee or tea but a fair sized waiting area downstairs. Inadequate bag storage, but they accommodate extra bags in a locked conference room.

They also do the whole separated sheet, sleeping bag thing - which I can't really fault them or any other place for, but it would be nice to provide an option when booking your room for a single sheet to cover the whole bed.

Avoid if you can. I tried to avoid the place myself but it appeared to be my best remaining option when I booked.

Across the street from a strip club, but doesn't feel like a seedy area. I had no problem with noise, but it might have been because of my location.

The rooms were lovely, as was breakfast and dinner. Sadly some people were smoking near us outside but that's not really the hotels fault. We hired bikes from them and had a lovely time cycling around Copenhagen. All around a great experience

Tiny rooms. No closet, no mini bar no space. Yet iron and iron board!!! Νο thin curtains. Dark colours. Shower space for slim guests only!
Luxurious salons nice armchairs. Too expensive. Good location. Good breakfast. At least cheap food in the neighbourhood.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! NIGHTMARE HOTEL!!!!! I spend $2000 to stay here for 7 nights. It is a nightmare. The neighbourhood is loud and busy, with strip clubs and traffic at night and construction starting at 6 am. All would be manageable but there is no AC so your options are to close the windows and swelter or leave them open and not sleep due to noise. Some staff have been helpful but others have been incredibly rude. Theses some sort of hostel across the street. For the past three nights an idiot across the street has been hanging out his window with a bull horn. Now a group of kids is hanging out the window yelling. I complained to hotel and the incredibly condescending front desk guy told me he couldn't control what others do. Here's a thought - move me to another room. He wouldn't. As this went on a woman was robbed in front of the hotel doors. He was equally unfazed and unhelpful to her. Save yourself the grief and stay anywhere else!!!!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Rooms are small but this is normal in for the country. Room was clean but in need of redecoration. Copenhagen is an expensive city so value for money isn't great. I would stay again

Amazingly helpful and friendly staff, very welcoming. The rooms are a little dated but overall our stay was great. Location is great, easy to access the central city by foot and less than 5 minute walk to central station to go further afield. Definitely recommended!

A pleasant hotel in a fairly central location and very close to the station. The staff were very friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. It seems to be on the edge of the red light district, but don't let that put you off. There are some nice bars within easy walking distance that don't feature naked, dancing ladies.

Located near central station and downtown Copenhagen. The friendly and helpful staff make all the difference here. The kitchen serves good food. Hotel has small rooms with all the necessities. Bathroom could use an upgrade (obviously past its prime but nothing too dramatic).All in all I would certainly recommend a stay here.

Very nice hotel. The room was small, as others have said, but it was very modern, clean, and comfortable. I especially liked the bed and the heated floor in the bathroom. The shower was a little strange, as there was no separate floor and just a drain, and it made the rest of the bathroom floor wet. It was still very nice though, and I liked the decor and many outlets in the room. The location of the hotel was also very good, and easy to walk to the main sites in Copenhagen. Highly recommended for the price!
