Nice business, workshop and conference hotel. Beautiful surrounding.. Open and quiet area, good food, but room and bed is very small.

Overall, for conference the experience is good. Good rooms and facilities with coffee and snacks available throughout the day.
Negatives I still see are simple things such as no coffee making facilities in the standard rooms and TV choice is poorer compared to other hotels I have lodged with in DK. The standard rooms are a little on the small side but are adequate and the beds are comfortable enough. You can upgrade to a larger room where I believe they have some extras and you may be lucky enough to get a view of the Fjord.
There are bottles of water in the Standard room but you have to pay for them.
Before dinner we thought we would get a drink at the bar. Unfortunately,
the bar service was extremely poor and we gave up after 15 minutes and thinking we would have better luck in the restaurant. I would like to to think they were short staffed that day but my experience from a couple of years ago was exactly the same.
The lunch and dinners serves were very good so no complaints there.
The restaurant was busy but there was no delay in service. One negative is that the acoustics in the restaurant are not great and with many diners talking it can be a little hard to have a conversation without shouting yourself.response / report this review -

Overall, for conference the experience is good. Negatives I still see are simple things such as no coffee making facilities in the standard rooms.; charging for a bottle of water and the bar service is extremely poor ( we gave up in the end!). 1 person serving s queue of 20 people.

My elderly parents went on a group trip last week, and staying at this hotel was their worst experience in Scandinavia. According to them, the experience was utterly humiliating----unpon check-in, an Asian hotel manager read them a long list of what's forbidden in this hotel in an arrogant way, which is rare and unacceptable, and then they were told that using their water boiler in the room was not allowed, due to some ridiculous reasons, and my parents ended up queueing for hot water in the lobby everyday. Is this the usual way you treat elderly person with no ability to communicate in English or Danish? If you are not ready to accommodate travel groups, then just don't do it. You owe them an apology.

Comwell in Roskilde was decent. The room I stayed in was rather small. However the decor overall of the hotel was very nice. Some areas of the hotel I could see was a bit outdated.

This was a professional course hosted by NTI cad center. The facilities were nice with no issues in regards to sound and space. I cannot tell much more about the rooms or service
