Staff was friendly and rooms were ok. 👍 Sheets were not changed every day, shower curtains were dirty. Unfortunately, every 45 minutes a train roars by your window and you stand up in bed, even at night ☹ Rooms could use upgrades, and there was only one power outlet making it difficult for business travel. Breakfast was great, and the hotel is close to many businesses and ways to get around. I would stay here again if I was backpacking through Europe and 20 again. Not for business travelers, who need to get all the sleep they can get because of jetlag.

Nice hotel in a good position, close to the little Mermaid and not far from Center. Very close to the osterport station it's not very quiet due to the trains since the hotel is really on the railway. Very good breakfast and hi speed internet connection

Front of the hotel is nice, and the free breakfast if you book online is great. The front desk staff- some were helpful, and some were rude. We asked for a double bed, and were given two singles pushed together. We asked for the double bed and were told we didn't want that because it's too small. Had to ask 3 days in a row. Rooms and hallways are old and outdated, but function.

This hotel was okay; basically, you get what you pay for. It was in a really convenient location, next to a major train stop and close to tourist attractions. Yes, it's literally next to train tracks so you hear trains all day/night, but that didn't bother me at all (it was actually pretty soothing). The hotel provides ear buds too, so that's good for light sleepers. The room was pretty basic, nothing decorative inside. It was clean and all the linens looked clean. The bathroom was clean too. The hallway was dirty; it's definitely in need of some improvements. The staff was polite, but I wouldn't describe them as friendly or kind (it might be a cultural thing?). Of the three staff members we encountered during our stay, not a single one said good morning or good evening during the many times we passed them. In summary, a good place to stay if you're on a budget and looking for something easy and convenient.

But breakfast is not worth for money . Water is very costly here.

If you are looking for a bed and breakfast, it looks great inside but remember it is right next to the railway and half the rooms look onto the lines gr8 for train spotting not so good if you want to sleep!

Fairly unimpressive considering the high price. The fact that the hotel is literally next to österport station is a double-edged sword. Easy to get there, but quite annoying because of the sound of the trains. The beds were comfortable, but the room did not have a refrigirator and there were no electric sockets by the beds. The hotel is long and narrow which is a bit annoying if you get a room at the far end, quite a lot of walking to get to your room from the reception. The breakfast was mediocre.

The train will keep you awake. Price wise you can do way better than this. Room is tiny and dated. If you leave your luggage they'll direct you to a room anyone has access to.

My room was ok, fairly clean and very neat. Small bathroom. The location of my room was probably no less than 10 meters away from the train tracks, that had trains running every couple of minutes up until the late evening. The hotel did supply earplugs, but you could still hear and feel the rumble of the trains running by. That was my only concern about my room. Nice location, easily reachable from the airport, good and friendly staff.

Brilliant customer service. However, was more like a hostel than a hotel. Room was small and dimly lit. Bathroom was okay, but toilet was stained. When I had a shower, the suds from the bath came up through the drain on the bathroom floor underneath the sink. Wouldn't want to stay here again, however, I have no idea how much it cost, as my company paid for it, so it may have been relative to cheap price? Breakfast was okay though.

Nice hotel, friendly staff good food! Very expensive to park your car on the streets (40 € a day), so park it away from the hotel in a cheap/free zone and take a cab/public transport to the hotel. This hotel is situated next to the train station, so if you are very sensitive to noise, I would suggest another hotel.

Really liked the hotel. Staff on reception were really friendly and welcoming especially Atef. Brilliant location. Perfect for tourists as it's within walking distance of most tourist attractions. Would recommend. Only bad point (and reason for only 4 stars) is that the bathroom in our room wasn't very clean and smelt of stale urine which was a bit disgusting as it meant it hadn't been cleaned properly before we'd even arrived.

The location is excellent, very easy to reach from the airport and the waterside is only a short walk away. The passing trains weren't too bothersome, especially during the night when they were less frequent.

The room was reasonably clean and the bed was comfortable, but the light switches were a bit unintuitive.

Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a difficulty with making an unexpected payment for the room on check in, but this was resolved efficiently.
