This hotel is impossible to find inside the big mall it's located in, and once you find it, it's impossible to check in. There is no staff on site (except for 9 am - 12 pm, and check in isn't until 3 pm), and they do not answer their phone. The entrances to the mall (the only way to exit the hotel) are closed and locked at night, and I almost missed my flight trying to find a security guard to let me out. When we arrived there were four other families trying to check in and failing because their reservations were not listed in the check in kiosk, and they couldn't get a hold of the staff via the number listed. The room itself was fine, but the bathroom reeked of mold and we couldn't stand to be in there for more than 20 seconds. Would not recommend - for the price you can stay in a much nicer place nearer the city.

Floor in the room needed a good vacuum or sweep. Very dated bathroom (8th floor room) breakfast was pretty boring and minimal. Free wifi, plenty of parking. Wouldn't stay again.

A bit worn but for the price it was quite acceptable. The check in was a bit tricky to find but once we found it everything was ok. We located next to a train station.

Not bad the wifi was hella fast but the cleaners do a horrid job. Make sure to bring a pair of slippers to wear inside the room.

CONS (-): Extremely expensive concerning the services provided. Lack of towels in a couple's room, very very soft pillows ( but it's ok ), no heating in the bathroom ( you're in dk, come on dude), Totally uneceptable not to be included breakfast in 90euros room. And at last, not clean carpet from melted candle( big fail ).
PROS (+): seems far from the city but it's not, from central station is only 15 min and you don't have to walk out. Straight you reach the Ishøj station the elevator for the hotel is some steps form the stop without being outside (awesome). Probably the cheapest hotel , normal hotel no hostel etc, in the whole area. It's a really good solution for visiting cph for some days or weekend.
That's why 3 stars :) and I think I will visit it again. Actually, I recommend this place, it is a descent hotel, missing some details to become proper.response / report this review -
