Overpriced rooms, after an hour in the room the faults and cracks takes over the experience and it feels crappy. perfect if you're 18 and don't care and just gonna spend the most time clubbing and then crash. Then it is perfect, and staff I must say is very friendly, helpful and service minded. But the facilities really felt like a let down condidering price, location and presentation.
Last time we stayed at a hotel not more than 100m from this and it was perfect dream hotel in comparison to this.
Nothing I would recommend anyone asking, but neither would tell anyone to stay away from if availability and hotels are scarce furing the visit.
So in short, great staff and location. That's about it, but might make it worth it depending on the context of your travel. mr and my wife wont choose this again tho if not all other hotels are booked around there.response / report this review -

Good for the price in København. Small rooms but clean and professional. Very convenient to the main station & good for travelers. You may find the neighborhood objectionable, but it's safe.

A hotel as a hotel should be, you can ask all questions at the reception. The street is not very calm at night, but that's the down site of a good location like that. As breakfast, you don't have many choices. Finally, the beds are very comfy.

A great budget hotel, with everything you are likely to need. No phones, but we all have those. Free WiFi, late check out, bag lockers, lovely staff. Really good location for food and bars, especially the meat market area.

If you are rolling solo and have very few needs and require no more space than what you need to sleep, shower, read, and watch some TV in, this is the perfect place for you without breaking the bank.
For that reason and in that context, it gets 5 stars.
If you are a traveler with different needs, your mileage may vary.
I booked a single-room the night before (technically at 2am) due to an overnight train disaster coming from Hamburg, Germany.
Check-in was smooth with no fuss.
The room itself fit my needs perfectly:
- 1 bed
- 1 small desk
- 1 bathroom with a shower/toilet/sink/hairdryer.
- 1 TV (quite a nice one actually)
The bathroom is a fully wet room, which I prefer. (This means that the floor of the shower is the whole bathroom floor. There is no separation between the two. Could be relevant for some people.)
The room itself was pretty small. There was about 2.5-3 ft between where my bed started and the edge of the desk. Travelers who require more space or have lots of checked luggage may want to get a larger room.
The tap water is drinkable here. Thee is also a small bar in the lobby, generous seating with outlets and desks everywhere, and a restaurant area where you can buy breakfast with your booking. I did not try the breakfast.
It's a 3-5 minute walk from the Copenhagen Central station.response / report this review -

Nice place. The rooms are modern and cosy. I understand most rooms are newly refurbished. The room size is okay and the location is fantastic (about 3 mins walk to central rail station). The customer service is so good with friendly receptionist that will help you with your questions if they can. I understand it's a three star hotel so there is no fridge in the room and no water kettle and tea as well. You have to buy the tea at the reception. Other than that, this is a very nice place to stay

Good place to stay if you just need somewhere to lay your head at night. No frills really but houses everything you need. Main selling point is the area which has a lot of places to visit nearby and is also a few minutes walk from the central train station

Clean room if a bit small, not everything works right. Also the slowest elevator in existence. On the other hand, great value for money and very friendly staff.

Not bad, not great. For a hotel in, more or less, the city center it should be a bit nicer. Still, it was not bad. Aim to stay 1 - 3 days. Be aware; the neighborhood outside does possess sex workers, clubs, and other nefarious characters, but it also has high end restaurants and other shops - a very strange mix. One huge plus though; it is RIGHT next to the train station, and that is very nice.

Not worth the price. Hostels are better. In the middle of the sex district, front desk can't care less, people do crack on the street, got woken up at 4am by the loud orgy on the room next to ours and when I called the front desk number is it a central number where they didn't even know which hotel the call came from. No phone in the room to call front desk, had to call from mine. Front desk staff is only found at the kitchen eating what is left from breakfast. Definitely a place that you must avoid in Copenhagen.
