This is a good hotel to stay in. It's not overly expensive but I would expect to see simple things like a kettle and some tea, coffee etc. in the room for the money I have paid. Other than that it was all good. Close to the city centre, train station and everything else you want to see in Copenhagen.

A decent hotel with affordable rooms and great location. This is not the place for a hygiene-freak, though, as the carpets are stained and the corridors' walls look quite beaten up.

The breakfast room is something totally different and has a clean and fresh interior with a great view over the rooftops and the breakfast itself is equally good. The service is nice and friendly and really helpful.

The hotel is located in the trendy Vesterbro area and is only a short walk away from the Central Station, Tivoli, and the Rådhusplan.

Overall this is a good place for those who look for a decent place to sleep and have a good breakfast that's also close to the centre. If you intend on spending more time in the room, this is not your place.

I stayed for one week and do not recommend the hotel because of
1. Poor house keeping and hygiene
2. Old, dirty and spotty flooring/carpet
3. Unpleasant odors in room and bathroom
4. Reception passive in regard to loud persons, only after calling around 2 am did they ask guests/neighbors outside to be more quite
5. Breakfast area not particularly appealing.
6. Bathroom ventilator works according to set schedule and cannot be controlled - it could be heard even if door is closed
7. I could borrow an umbrella but this seemed to be the exception as I was told that they are for sale. I would have preferred is they were normally lended 8. The bike offered for rental was uncomfortable and small.

Room hasn't been cleaned properly - there were hair on bathroom floor, soap stains in sink and brown limescale in toilet. Also - there was nasty smell from toilet pipes, rather unpleasant. Whole bathroom looks like in a hospital, didn't shower without slippers. In the main room there were 3 little lamps and led panel above bed, so whole room was dark when curtains were closed, and there were only 2 sockets for chargers. Windows were facing the entrance where the reataurant was, so in the evenings it was loud. Carpets in the hallway have stains, probably unwashable, but there were also footprints and pieces of paper laying for two days before being cleaned up. Same with a vomit in front of main entrance - laying there whole one night and day. Personel at the reception is really, really nice and helpful, though!

Rooms are okay. Our shower wasn't cleaned properly when we first got in although they did fix it when we told them. Breakfast is okay. Room is smallish. Otherwise helpful employees. Quite noisy recommend the back of the hotel.

Great location, friendly and attentive staff, safe, clean, affordable and comfortable. The breakfast is nice, with a fair amount of options from bread, fruits, eggs, juices, cereal, cheeses, etc. Very quiet in the room, and could not have had a better sleep! Thank you, Copenhagen Crown.

Booked a non-smoking room and got a room that without question had been a smokers room. Uncomplicated check in and ok breakfast. Very quiet in the room even if it was just above the street.

Good location. Comfortable rooms. Many restaurants around.
