Great location and very chic amenities. The bar and Cafe in the courtyard of the building is also nicely done. A good stop for business or upscale travel.

Hotel rooms are very small. Air condition was difficult to set up to right temperature, and slow to respond. Good breakfast.

Rooms are rather small and miss basic small things like toiletries. On the other hand the staff was very friendly and they had a good breakfast Buffet.

As an elglishman who speaks 3 words of German lol this place is perfect, the staff are multilingual and very helpful, amazing location to visit the centre and Berlin zoo only a 6 minute walk which in the winter is an amazing sight with all the lights and decorations
