Great location, excellent rooms but unfortunately staff are arrogant, check in is v slow and as a result price is too high.

I had to say one female check in clerk I had really does need to go back to training school to learns basic manners and customer service.

See this hotel knows how to do wifi! Smooth fast internet, great breakfast and a lovely cosy room. The chocolates were a nice touch too

My only experience was at the restaurant, as a buffet. And that was unbelievably tasty! Because it was a job meal, i'm not aware of the prices. But taste regarding.. incredibly yummy!!! :) *

I had an outstanding experience when I stayed at this hotel the last time I was in Frankfurt. Hospitality was top-notch and worth the amount I was charged for a night. I'll surely visit again.

Very nice, well maintained hotel. Somewhat expensive, especially for non standard requests. About a km from main train station. Great bar and restaurant food, from chefs in training, was very tasty.
