Close to perfection!

We stayed there for three nights and it was absolutely wonderful! You could feel that the employees love what they do and this makes this place unique and one of the best hotels in Germany! Will definitely come back!

I would rate my stay 9,8/10.
Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Amazing room with nice bathroom. Relaxing pool.

The only thing that sucked was the WiFi in the room, which was very bad. If I asked they probably would have come up with a solution but I chose to use mobile data instead.

Would definitely stay again

Excellent hotel, at the center. Very beautiful, spacious suite. Wonderful service, private entrance for the guests only. Will be coming back again for sure.

the best hotel ive ever stayed in. their service exceeds every expectation they make you feel special and a VIP. the details they care for each guest from the religion to personal care. the rooms are in a high tech the stationary, the in room refreshment are all free. Going to the living room which is exclusively only for the hotel guest and free refreshments. The personal assistance try their best to meet your request no matter what they are. `Finally the staff are very much delightful and cheerful.

The location of the hotel is perfect going to the old town and the famous brand street.

i do recommend this hotel very much.

The most luxurious place you could stay in the city of Düsseldrof. The General Manager was very accommodating and cares about his guests. We stayed back in 2014. The restaurant offered great food too!

It is a shame that such a wonderful Bar has such a mediocre and unfriendly service.

Also, it is the only Hotel Bar I have ever stayed at, that charges you for smoking your own cigars, a definite no-go!

Apart from that the atmosphere is really nice as are the drinks. The Bar has won awards for its cocktails.

In the evenings, or at least the last few times I have been there, there is a live piano player which makes for a relaxing atmosphere.

For any Tesla/electric car owners: even though the Hotel will tell you the nearest charging spot is around a mile away, there is one just across the road in the parking of Kaufhof. Charging there is free but parking costs do occur.

this is my rating for the Lunch in the Bar nice set up, nice ideas but far away from a good price/service level. lunch for 30€ is okayish - bottle of still water for 10€ is just far to expansive for the level of food & location. room to improove.

An amazing hotel that deserves 5 stars in every aspect. The hotel staff had amazing service and were very attentive to your every question. Likewise, everyone there greets you with a smile and makes u feel special. the rooms were really large and spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable too as well. Would definitely come back again.
