I bought sunglasses there earlier and was advised by Christian. Super friendly and honest, I've rarely felt so well advised! Not pushy at all. In the heat there was even water with lemon/lime offered. Will definitely visit the store instead of ordering online next time, although I have another departure.

Unfortunately no satisfactory customer advice or support, they said look for glasses in the shop and then I stood there with my hands full and was only looked at stupidly by the employees 😂 There are no seats with a mirror, you stand with your bag in the middle
Business. Staff totally arrogant!!!
Had really found some great glasses but with such a service no thanks. Imagine us in the clothes shop.response / report this review -

Great shop, experienced employees, the positive working atmosphere is transferred to the customer. Wishes are respected and designed together. My first change after 25 years has absolutely proven itself and was worth it. Keep it up!

When I first visited the store, I was greeted in a very friendly manner by the staff. I had booked an eye test. This was carried out and the appropriate glasses ordered. Unfortunately, the new strength of the glasses deviated so much from the old strengths that I could not wear them for a long time without getting a headache. I then complained about this. The nice employee then referred me to a colleague, with whom I should then do a new eye test to check the values. Friendly is different then. On the same day we couldn't find a suitable date for the new test, so I went there a week later. Again I wasn't received very friendly. The eye test was done and ended with the words: "If that makes me happier now". Found it very borderline, especially since I've stayed friendly. I'll avoid the store in the future and will order my glasses online again myself.
