  My sister bought me sunglasses for my birthday + 50€ voucher to make the lenses. When I came to pick up the glasses, which also came later then the actual date they said in the beginning, I was charged with 70€ extra , I paid it and asked if they used the voucher, the worker didn't knew what I'm talking about (even though it is mentioned in the email) then I showed her the voucher and they tried to put it in the computer and it didn't work! They didn't want to give us back the money and accused us for using the voucher!!!!!! Means this shop basically stole a 100€ from us. NOT RECOMMENDED. WORST SERVICE EVER.

  Thanks to Adrienne for a really good service for us both. Bought in my sunglasses that were out of shape / not fitting to my face. She adjusted them to my face, cleaned them free of charge. Would recommend to all for new glasses or if you want your existing glasses taken care of!
  
  Friendly and professional advice if needing an eye test / a new pair of glasses.

  I decided to came to this store because in the comments it was mention that they offer support in english, what ess my surprise when the only person free there answered me in perfect english accent that they are not able to support me because no one im the store speaked. Usually I don't like to make assumpsions but felt some kind of discrimination not only for me not being german but also for my skin color. Guess what, a second friend ask in the same day the exact same question and they were able to help him Such a shame. I guess this is nothing to do with the brand but definetely with the staff.

  Best place to go! Amazing service and very friendly staff. They speak German and English. My fiancé and I went to go get our eye tests done and bought contact lense and glasses. Best advice and best service!
