  I generally don't bother to write reviews but this was a must. I went in to search for new glasses today and I received brilliant assistance from a female employee (Agatha) who also spoke superb English (much appreciated). I'd 100% recommend this shop and their staff. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the products and the many extra questions I had. I'd previously tried another optical shop and they didn't really answer my questions. I wasn't expecting much from a chain store but this place was great. Upon asking, Agatha measured my glasses and explained the numbers on the frames so I could search for the correct size like bridge, etc. It was really refreshing to have someone answer my questions with a friendly ease so thank you and I'll be back because I won't purchase glasses anywhere else! Give this wonderful lady a raise ;)

  Bought the glasses in online shop a year ago. Came to tighten them, got it done by very friendly service including cleaning. Best recommendations on both online shop and the store itself.

  The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had two issues with a pair of glasses I purchased a few months back from another shop of the chain and they resolved them on the spot within a few minutes.

  Well, sorry to say. I have had great experiences there before but this one experience was one not to remember. The guy was rude as he so wanted to go home, he did not time for us since he wanted to go home ( he was talking in german with his colleague and he did not know that i understand german language). It was so discriminating 🤨🤨
  
  Sorry but just because of one person, you gt to lose the respect and trust we build in the brand..
  
  Please do a good screening before you emply someone.. not shopping there again and also not advising or recommending any friend more

  Great and awesome staff, who was kind enough to speak in English with me, during the whole process!
  Many thanks to Daniel and Felix who helped me find my new glasses!
  
  The only negative thing is, that it was a bit hard to find the store itself, because there are no signs, or indications in Wilma or on the map in the elevator.
