  The very best thing about this company is their website. Unfortunately, everything else is not recommended. No inspection, the customer is left alone to send everything to the secretary in the office with a photo. The provider would then like to have the entire sum of the cost estimate in advance, which is not possible at all. Employees are extremely dissatisfied, as a customer you quickly realize that the atmosphere between the boss and the rest of the team is not good. The boss personally took care of my aquarium and didn't put all the technology back in place. Things that needed to be cleared out were not taken because the car was too small. Please spare yourself the stress I went through. Communication was irrelevant and lowest level

  The move was great. The men from the moving company were very careful and did a great job with our move. If we should move again, then again with Kristall Umzüge!!!!

  Plus points: the craftsmen are hardworking and above all professional. Your furniture is mostly safe, the work is done conscientiously and everything is left clean and undamaged. Mrs. Adam, who works in the office, is reliable. However, the minuses are that the boss, Mr. Libal, is trying to get as much money from you as possible. It doesn't matter whether you give valuable furniture away or end up with less furniture than planned; he will also find a way to charge for everything. Storage is also expensive. Otherwise if a mistake happened, like in my case, the legs of the bed got lost! First I was told on the phone that the bed had no legs and was on books. Only after calling BoConcept and showing the original pictures was I able to prove the bed had legs. I then had to sleep on a mattress for many weeks and buy a new bed. So a few weeks later I got a call from the boss to say they had found the legs and would be happy to resupply the bed. Of course I also had to pay for a new delivery, even though I bought a new bed! Overall a very mixed experience. If you decide to hire this company make sure you take photos of everything and go through the listing thoroughly or you will be taken for a fool.

  Very good and pleasant move. At 8:00 a.m. punctually, 3 movers arrived, who worked very conscientiously and properly. Dismantling and assembly of some furniture went quickly and without problems. The staff were very friendly and gave some smart tips too. The price for a 2 room apartment without assembly and disassembly of the kitchen was 1200€.
  Overall very satisfied.
