This can not be done any better. Defective multiple locking system removed, replacement part procured and perfectly reinstalled, all in one afternoon. In addition, useful tips, a very pleasant, transparent processing and all that at a fair fixed price. I will gladly commission Mr. Ludwig again with all questions about windows, doors and security. Absolute recommendation!
