Good location within walking distance of Alexanderplatz. Nice clean rooms. Very quiet with Windows closed only the occasional siren. Staff very helpful x

The double bed in "Classic double room" isn't good for couples and comes apart as it's two single beds pushed together. If you tried to cuddle one of you would find the gap getting bigger and would probably fall through.
The Breakfast buffet is also insanely expensive at €19 - I would recommend going out for breakfast as Berlin has plenty of great places to eat.
The hotel is otherwise fairly nice with a good bar/lounge and nice decor throughout. WiFi was also great.response / report this review -

I could not recommend this hotel more. My parents stayed here in September and they recommended this hotel to me. Just before we left Dublin my Mam emailed your hotel to say that we were coming for a trip for my Birthday and we were given an upgraded room and there was a Birthday cake and bottle of champagne in the room when we arrived. The room was spotless and in a great location. we were also given fresh towels and a fresh bottle of water each day of our stay. I would give this hotel 10/10 and would 100% stay here if i was to return to Berlin.

Very comfortable. I did not have breakfast there as I think it's overpriced. (There's a café by the tram stop which does a decent breakfast for 5 or 6 euro.)

Excellent art deco reception area. All staff were friendly & helpful. Corridors were a little on the hot side. Our room was comfortable & spacious. Hotel bar was a nice place to chill after the marathon.

It was ok. We thought it was closer to Alexander plats. We should have done our research better. Hotel bar was not to good, service was fine.

Hotel is nice although reservation was not kept, made up for with a room upgrade and free breakfasts after spending a night in another hotel they arranged for us.

Friendly staff, clean, and modern style. Room was quite small for two people, but everything we needed was there. It is worth noting there is a church next door with a loud bell - if you want a lie in on Sunday then request a room on the other side of the hotel!

A very comfortable and professional hotel near Alexanderplatz. Very accessible by foot and public transportation. Service at reception is professional and quick, even though we were a large group of people trying to check-in all at once.
Breakfast is good and offers a large selection of foods from cereal & yoghurt, to smoked salmon, roast beef, to bacon & eggs on a toasted bun.
Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available, just ask at the reception.response / report this review
