Great location, great for sightseeing, shopping and visiting Christmas markets. Close to nice restaurants, cafes and bars. Lovely rooms, clean and a good size. Friendly staff. Lovely to open room door and find a chocolate Santa outside.

The hotel is clean and located near the centre of the city and most of the sightseeing locations. There is also a big Mall nearby and some smaller shops.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are normal sized with everything you might need. 2 person bed, bathroom with toilet, shower, hairdryer, towels and complimentary soap, shampoo etc. The option to open your window is one feature which I really like because I want fresh air while sleeping. Breakfast is good with fresh bread rolls, sliced bread, fruit, cereal and fresh small pancakes. If you want you can order a omelette or other freshly made egg. Coffee, tea, water and several juices to compliment the breakfast.
The only negative point I can find is that, even when I cancelled it, they still did the wake up call. So service is sometimes a bit too good.

Really good hotel.
1. Beds are comfortable
2. Staff is very professional
3. Location is very good
4. Bathroom is really nice
5. Shower is good
6. Mini-Fridge is good
7. Price is reasonable

If I have to find something negative then
a. only one toilet paper roll in bathroom
b. making phone calls from your phone can have signal issues inside the room.

I would really want to stay here again

The location is perfect for sightseeing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and comfortable. They could supply more toiletries in the room and more coffee, those are a bit scarce! There lobby is very modern and comfortable with a good supply of candy, water, apples and cookies! I would recommend this hotel.

Nice clean hotel with basic but adequate rooms. It very quickly begins to feel like home. Easy to navigate, very centrally located and with lots of places around to go to. I found the front desk staff very warm, friendly and helpful. That sets the tone for a stay here.
If anything, I found the breakfast overrated and just too few options to eat in at the hotel's bar/restaurant. The room service has a charge of five euros which is a bit much for what you get. The service charge was probably more expensive than the teabag with hot water that turned up, for example.
Despite the odd little thing not working in the room, I found staying here perfectly comfortable. It isn't luxury, but it's definitely comfortable.
