Avoid this hostel, mostly if it's cold wheather! Very bad conditions, almost inhumane. No hot water, no heating and in 3 days they didn't manage to do something about it. I don't recommened it if you want to enjoy your trip to berlin.

We were a group of 100 medical students, staying in this hostel for 3 nights. The hostel didn't provide us the basic needs, like hot water and heating in our rooms. Besides, the manager was a ghost, we never met him, he didn't answer our calls or returned our calls. We have been waiting for him for 1h and 30 minutes, and he still didn't show up. Very bad conditions!! TO BE AVOIDED!

Worse experience ever! The hot water, in 3 days of accomodation, was available for about 1 hour. Nobody answered to complaints and the manager refused to talk to us in order to solve the problems.

Very good and modern place. You kind of feel like you are staying at hotel. Location is great, you are juts next to S Bahd and Metro. There are many place to eat (even lane night) and a big supermarket.
Rooms don’t have kitchen so you are not able to cook at Hostel. You can spend your day inside at the cafe area. It is nice and good way to know other people.
Hostel is very clean. They are cleaning daily! If you want breakfast you need to pay extra.response / report this review -

U know this place is nice. But u have rail way under your window. So u will hear trains and sometimes drunk guys. But it's not disturb as much as can. On the other hand location is really good to stay. The next trouble is that rooms haven't air condition. And I've no idea how it possible to stay here during the summer. Also u can't normally open the windows. So if u stay as a group it will be really hard to stay here. Really! Check out pictures I added. The breakfast here costs 6.5 euro and it's nothing to eat. I highly recommend visit some places around and u will get good stuff for this money.
So it's ok to stay here but with some exceptions. If I would find free rooms in other places for this period I wouldn't stay here. Good luck. Berlin is amazing.response / report this review -

It's was quite expensive for a hostel and the night lady was not very friendly the moring staff you could joke with unfortunately there where some guest is the room that taught that making noise at 6.am was oke instead of going to lobby

Amenities available are awesome! A 24x7 bar, free parking, tap key, locker and ofcourse the bed sheets. Very conveniently located right next to the UBahn metro station. Lots of places to eat around the hostel too. It's a 15 minute drive to Schonefeld airport. The rooms, even though comfortable, weren't the cleanest, but that could've been because of the people living in my dorm. Hence the 4 stars. Overall, Highly recommended!

Clean, fairly quiet hostel. very close to the s-bahn. staff friendly and respectful. clean sheets provided. kitchen facilities ok. great value for money

Rooms were clean and bed sheets were provided free of charge. Located right next to the S Bahn which means fast connection into the city, but a little noisy at night. Roommates were quiet but earplugs are still recommended. The breakfast was cheap and OK, although several items were missing. Good value and good location for someone who just needs a bed for one night.
