The personal at the DORMERO is excellent in kindness and very helpful. The rooms are modern and elegant and very tidy. The breakfast is very delicious. I loved the stay and the location near Kurfürstendamm.

Marvellous. Chique and stylish. Little camp and also sweet. Some very small things but the kind and excellent staff will help you immediately. Excellent wine, breakfast and dinner. What a wonderful Berlin place to stay.

Only thing keeping this review from 5 stars is the fact that the TV only worked 1 out of the 3 days we were there. There was a networking issue that could not be resolved on site. They had to call it into the network provider. They offered to change rooms but being on vacation and traveling with a 2yr old, we were already unpacked and settled. Plus not sure what that would have done since it was a network issue. At least my daughter was able to watch one movie before the network crashed. Mind you that on vacation, hotel rooms are primarily for sleeping so this little inconvenience wasn't a huge deal other than just being plain annoying since all the new movies were available in the line up and were planning on binge watching late night. They will eventually come out on DVD and can watch it then.

The room was AMAZING! The free mini bar was a nice add and that they also refilled ALL the beverages daily was a bonus. The welcome treasure box was a fun bonus as well! Very modern chic layout and location couldn't be better! I will definitely stay here again though will make sure to ask of any ongoing network issues due to this experience.

Staff speak English and all are very helpful and welcoming! Sauna was a nice perk but was always close to capacity. Very popular spot and many like to lay down and relax in there so couldn't comfortably fit many people in there.

I'm allergic to indoor pets due to dander but the resident cat was not a problem due to the excellent air flow and filtration setup. Quite entertaining and welcoming!!!

Overall a wonderful decision to stay here and will again on our family's next visit.

hotel itself sounds good but from security point of view I doubt. during my 3 nights stay, 2 times my room safe box got out of order needing to get reset and 2nd time, I noted 3500 euros my cash was stolen! Of course it was reported to police and hotel management, but simple excuse provided there was no force entry to the room! be careful with this hotel safe box! enjoy your trip!

Quite possibly one of the loveliest hotels we've stayed in. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, we were impressed with the rooms, they were clean and comfortable, we slept very well and the provided a travel cot and bedding for our toddler (who also slept very well). The location is great too, it's within walking distance of lots of amenities although Berlin has a brilliant public transport system. We only stayed for two nights and ate in the lounge once and enjoyed the food although didn't have a drink in the bar so couldn't rate that unfortunately. The only negative part we found was the selection of drinks in the mini bar, this is included in the price of the room, however the selection didn't impress my wife while I had a beer and she had a pepsi or water. We have already spoken about returning to this hotel for a longer stay as we enjoyed it that much.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and the color theme. The free basics were also very useful and covered everything I needed.

My only problem was that I couldn't turn off the heater for both the room and the tap water: I don't know if it was me or the remote/tap :)

Amazing hotel! Me and my girlfrind loved our stay at the Dormero Hotel! We were well taken care of by the receptionist and our room was nice and clean! I hope to return to stay at this hotel!!!

A very nice hotel with friendly and helpful personell. The rooms are high in ceiling, with soft large beds, a big screen TV and in the bathroom was a nice little treasure chest containing different items that gave us a good laugh. The breakfast is really good with different fresh baked breads, sausages, yoghurts, pancakes and fresh fruits.

Dormero hotel is centrally located with easy access to main sites of Berlin. The hotel is very comfortable with 55"plasma TV's in rooms, large rooms, very comfortable beds. My only criticism will be bathroom. Very small with no door on the shower and glass door that offers little privacy. The staff is excellent and very helpful.

I had many many issues with this hotel:

1. The hotel page on booking.com specified that the hotel includes airport shuttle. I emailed the hotel asking about it prior the trip through your page and they never replied. I saw no shuttle service there.
2. The hotel page on booking.com specified a bath, I also written it in my reservation remarks that I only chose this hotel for the bath, but when arrived I discovered that there's only shower. The hotel staff didn't switched our room to one with a bath even after I showed them the reservation.
3. The heating wasn't working throughout the hotel, and it was very very cold. we only got extra blankets after the first night when we complained as the room didn't had any extra blankets in it.
4. When we checked out at 4:45 am there was no one at the reception although it specifies that the hotel has 24h reception. I had to leave a note after calling and looking for someone as the taxi to the airport was waiting for me.

You can see from the above that this hotel was far from what we expected.
