Really nice hotel. Building seems a bit old but very neat and clean rooms. Also rooms seem to be quite big, with good views of the Rhine. Quite an amazing view from the breakfast restaurant, where you can clearly see the Rhine as well as the cathedral in cologne, which is one of the busiest tourist attractions in Germany. A 5 minute walk across the bridge takes you to the cathedral and just a few

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in a long time. Bathrooms were large, rooms a nice temperature and the food amazing. The staff was super helpful. Would stay there again for sure. Great location to see the sights of Koln.

So nice to fall into a comfortable double bed after well over 26 hours of travelling. Did not expect, however, the food in the dinner restaurant to be VERY posh and upmarket and quite expensive, eat out in köln if you can. We arrived at 8am but the staff were happy to let us in our rooms even though check in is past 2. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide spread of hot meals, drinks, cereals, pastries, breads and more but beware that even though they don't tell you, it's €20pp each morning. Otherwise very good hotel situated with a beautiful view over the rhein and proximity to central Köln is a big plus. Loved it!

The hotel is in an ideal location and within short walking distance across the bridge from Cologne central train station.
Real 5 star hotel and services were extraordinary. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with smiling face. We arrived to hotel 4 hours prior to check in time but hotel staff was kind enough to offer our room without any additional charge. The room was equipped with all the needs, very spacious and clean and tidy. Bathroom also quite large and nice.
I would also like to add that the concierge desk was extremely helpful to get fixed a wifi problem in my phone.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone like to experience a wonderful stay in Cologne.
