  Pros - Well located near public transport. Polite front desk staff. Large rooms. Proactive housekeeping
  Cons- Lift not working over 3 days, Noone to help with bags to the 3rd Floor, Poor internet connectivity, no proper fans provided during peak summer

  Too expensive when some events are in Kölnmesse. Rates are an abuse for a 3 *** hotel.
