Check in went smoothly with a very friendly receptionist. The room was very nice. The restaurant staff very friendly, and when I came to the fourth floor to prepare my training room, I was welcomed by the gentleman working there. He immediately rearranged the room to suit my needs and made sure everything worked. He was constantly attentive to our needs and is a great asset to the hotel.

Rooms are spacious and well equipped. However, AC does not go below 18°C which is still very warm to sleep. Especially when you cannot sleep with the window open since the highway is so close and very noisy. Breakfast and lunch were very nice, a lot of choices. Dinner: great salads!
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Internet connection in the meeting rooms is slow and unstable.response / report this review -

Everything was good a part the fact that I had to call the Hotel two days later to ask for sending me copy of the invoice instead of receiving automatically as assured by the check in counter. Strange thing is that you can have the web check in but for the check out you need to pay at the counter and you receive the invoice not immediately but the day after (not true) by mail. Process very complicated.

We visted the hotel for the Wolfsburg match. Our room was bright & clean on the second floor. We also had the "Spieltagsbuffet" incl. beverages. Well sorted and delicious buffet. We really enjoyed it. Worth to book it again for the next visit. Waiters and staff were also very friendly and supportive. Great team. Thanks for this great event!!!

This is a good hotel for football games at Bay Arena outside the centrum. There are possibilities for car parking outside for an additional surcharge. The price for the rooms was quite high, over 500 EUR is too much and probably not good value for the money. Breakfast, also an additional surcharge, was good and tasty, typical European continental. The room was big with two () bathrooms and a view to the parking area. The restaurant to the hotel offers a large variety of choices and the staff was friendly. If you want cheaper meals, you have McDonald's in the neighborhood.

Dear Sirs,
I have already stayed at your hotel several times.
Unfortunately your location is very bad side by side with the motorway and the room´s insulation is it’s not good.
All the times I have stayed there was some staff flexibility to find at least an acceptable room but the last it took me more than half an hour to find it because the staff receptivity it wasn’t the appreciated one.
Taking all this in consideration, I am very disappointed and I have decided to avoid your hotel for my next stays at Leverkusen/Köln area.response / report this review -

We spent 3 days with 20+ people for business purposes and loved the support we received from "Team Lindner". Great meeting rooms with all amenities and great food. Everyone agreed: our next meeting will definitely be there again. Thank you all !
