Stayed for three nights. Very friendly and helpful staff, everything perfectly clean and tidy. We had 2 bedroom apt. with kitchen. The second bedroom (also TV equipped) is quite small, but our kids liked it🤗 All in all, we were very satisfied. If we ever visit Berlin again, this hotel is gonna be our first choice👍

Stayed 2 nights in a double room, got exactly what we payed for.
Staff was nice and helpful, rooms where clean and met the standard that we expected.
The proximity to Nordbanhof is a huge plus, 2 minutes walk and all of Berlin is available through public transport.
Nice experience for the price we payed (€60 / night), no more no less.
Would recommend for anyone that's looking for an affordable hotel in central Berlin!response / report this review -

From 14.10-18.10 I visit Hotel Zaenhof for the 5. time. It was with my family and some friends. It was great as allways. We wil be back again.
