I only had a couple of drinks in the bar and really enjoyed the music and crowd. The drinks were very good and a bit out of the ordinary, not your usual mojito's and Cuba libre's. The staff was also very friendly and took care of me.

Really lovely hotel, there was a group of 50 if us staying. Freindly staff, the bar was lovely and the breakfast was nice too. It was situated in a great area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Clean and convenient. However I went on a work trip and shared the room with a co-worker- rooms are not great for sharing. Showers are out in the open and glass, with a giant mirror across from it. Awkward! I mean, who designed this for a shared room? However if your staying in your room on your own or as a couple you'll probably be comfortable.

Nice hotel, looks a little bit dark. L apartment is Nice, i prefered a larger table. Now we have a desk for two. Small basic kitchen, nice bathroom with a Bath and the bed is good. Staff is friendly, Breakfast looks small bit good. A nice hotel to stay during your visit in Berlin, public transport in the neighbourhood

Every touch point of the costumer journey sucked. When help was asked they acted like we were stupid. Is like a bunch of entitled kids are running the place, not even in a St Regis or a Hyatt I've seen this attitude before. Never again. Encourage your staff to be more in touch with reality a flawless service is as important as the place to make it "cool".

Great staff, went above and beyond. Room 313 was cramped and very dark, U-shaped, bed was comfortable and all amenities worked.

Good for what it is. Pretty cheap if you book a little while in advance. There's no room service, breakfast isn't included, and the rooms are not very pretty. On the plus side, you get a kitchenette, and the location is amazing! Great hotel bar.

Stayed in one of the upper room categories, not sure if all rooms have a kitchenette.

We just stayed at the hotel, the service in general was OK. However, we paid for late check out for the last day and some how the forgot about it and we're trying to take our stuff out and also charge us again on our credit card. Then, they charge us 494 EUR when my check was for 409 EUR.
Before leaving we try to solve this problem with the lady in the front desk, she was really kind and she told us that everything was solve and the money was back in our credit card. Which was not true.
Two days later they charge us again the full amount of 494 EUR, the wrong amount, and after several calls they haven't solve anything. They are suppose to return on my credit card almost 700 EUR, and we haven't get any answer.

Please avoid this kind experience, avoid this hotel.

Great place to stay, close to a lot of things to do in Berlin. The rooms are pretty small, there is no separate shower room for example. But otherwise it's a great place to stay.
