I am a Silver Accor member and this has been my go-to hotel for Frankfurt. It's not the best but overall is the most convenient. The only annoyance I have is that sometimes the WiFi a bit patchy from certain rooms. Once I had to trade down my superior room for a regular room just because of the WiFi. But this still remains my favorite in Frankfurt, excellent value for price.

Good value for money, not a top class hotel, but very close (5 minutes walk) from Frankfurt Messe, near two U-Bahn (Metro) stations. I liked the matress and pillows but not much of a view from my room. Personell polite and helpful. Rich, excellent breakfast with many choices.

Everything was perfect. Standard room with a big sized bed came for 70 euros per night. He room is spacious for obe and perfect for two. The hotel is situated close to a railway station. So you may hear some noise though not that bad to disturb your sleep. The hotel is just 15 mins walk to Skyline plaza which is a prominent shopping mall here and less than 10 mins by taxi to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. The breakfast was ok. The reception was very courteous and even the housekeeping women too were very polite. Overall definitely a good hotel if you want to stay in the city.

Nice hotel. Great service. Clean and big rooms. Breakfast buffet was very good. The gym room needs new machines Else everything was fine.

My company has a collaboration contract with them. Today I was called by a colleague of mine that his reservation was cancelled and the offered price was increased due to the fact that he arrived with 10 min. later than the hour written on the reservation. This hotel receives hundred of customers from my company each year! No warning ahead I personally spoke with the reception guy but I think that he does not think. For sure I will not send nobody from my company there. Sometime, flexibility is the key for a good collaboration.
