Clean rooms, kind staff, nice bar and a fantastic breakfast. This hotel is my oasis when I have to visit Frankfurt.

The rooms are very simpel but clean. Staff was very friendly. Shampoo etc. was missing. Breakfast was delicious. Stayed only one night and it was a good experience.

Free Internet, available parking places on the street, safe neighborhood, nice staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Good hotel to be in!

Hotel is in walking distance to Frankfurt Messe. We parked our car in the street next to the hotel, no charges applied, and left it there the whole Saturday for the visit to Messe. Frankfurt Centre is 5 min drive. We stayed in room 526, which is on the opposite side of the street with trams, so room was pretty quiet, we even did not have neighbours. Room is rather small in size, but the bathroom is big enough. Mattress is a spring mattress but quite good. Breakfast was extra good, really 4* hotel quality.
Please improve:
Dirty wall and curtain in the room, which can be easily painted and washed. During the weekend around 10h a lot of guests were having breakfast, so breakfast offerings were running out very quickly, would be great if you could speed up your filling service.response / report this review -

We only stayed for one night with very high temperatures in Frankfurt. First impressions not so good; tables with white table cloths cluttered the area, maybe they are short of space. Chap at reception could do with a " how to smile" course, but improved later on. Rooms are nicely furnished with a good sized bathroom and very good shower. Coffee machine a bonus. Air conditioning a bit of a problem. I expect a 4 star hotel to have a more efficient system, so if it's hot outside its not the hotel to stay in. Breakfast very good.
