We spend 2 nights in the hotel in a bedroom for 4 people. The rooms are clean but not very functional, actually quite small. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet is alright.
The good point is that it is located just nearby the Central Station.response / report this review -

The luggage service is inconvenient. The reception says that they only open the door of luggage room every half hour. But when you want to use this service (not only left luggage but also take it back), you will notice that the receptionist is busy, so you never know when they will come to open the door. They only say: Wait few minutes, but I was waiting for 15 minutes No other hotel staffs come
The most important thing: When I walk back to the reception desk to inform them the opening time for the luggage room, they only say: PLEASE STEP BACK! I AM TALKING TO ANOTHER GUEST NOW. Quite a bad experience on this service.response / report this review -

OMG!!! I love this hostel/hotel whatever room was quite spacious and tidy. No complain here. Will definitely stay there again. Noise? Small? what can you expect? With that price? Come on, if you complain about small/noise etc then stay at the more expensive hotel! Its what you pay is what you get. I am so very happy with what i pay. Location is VERY VERY GOOD! Love it.

Booked this place because it was so close to the main train station (and it is! SO close) but ended up getting in at the bus station. Even then, wasn't too complicated getting there. Had a really late check in and reasonably late check out and staff were great at every encounter. They were quick to show me how to get places and what to see, I was able to leave my bag all day after checking out to get to the airport that night. Rooms were clean. Literally can't find anything negative about this place, it was really good.

We have stayed in Meininger hotels before and generally always been happy. Sadly this time it was not so good we paid €150 for a double room for one night. The room was so small we could not even open our suitcases. For that much money I would at least expect a little more space to move, and perhaps a kettle and tea etc in the room. If it had been cheaper I wouldn't have cared, but I don't feel our room was worth the money we paid. General hotel and breakfast was good.

I can't think of a better location for a hostel! The room and the bathroom were ultra clean and made my stay in the mixed dorm very comfortable. The lounge itself was bustling with activities, and it made for such a lively time. The person at the reception was extremely helpful with tips and suggestions on how to make best use of the little time I had in the city. The check-out was smooth and the person at the reception was helpful in calling a taxi for me at 3:45 am. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Everything is great here.
But I stay here for one night then the other day decided to book one more night.
It will be better if the discount 5% can be used on my second stay.
cause it's unmeaning to have to 5% discount letter for me.

Good location, but staff need more training. If client speak on German than respond moist be on German, not on English. Hamburg Hotel had better service than Berlin own.

The hotel is great. Modern, clean and comfortable. The location is just perfect. The only thing that should be improved is the attitude of employees to costumers. I'm not saying they were rude or anything like that, but they all looked very serious. I didn't see any of them smiling at any time. Apart from that, it was a great experience. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

My cousin and I felt really good in the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, big enough for the two of us, the breakfast was varied and tasty. The people working at the reception desk were very kind, friendly and helpful. And the atmosphere at the hotel was cool. We felt really well. Maybe you can improve in things such as cleaning and washing yourself at the toilet. For the rest, it was really good. Thank you
